Your use of this website is governed by the terms and conditions set forth below. By accessing the site, you consent to these terms. Maid Marines reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

Pricing

Maid Marines provides flat-rate pricing determined by your home size. We reserve the right to adjust the price for fairness if your home is larger or messier than normal. Customers may modify estimates, though doing so may cancel the service guarantee.

Payment

  • A major credit or debit card is required for appointment scheduling.
  • A hold (not a charge) may appear on your card from the time of scheduling through service completion.
  • Your card is charged after the cleaning is finished.
  • A $25 late fee applies if your card payment fails during the standard charge window.

Service Guarantee

We offer a full service guarantee. This includes a free re-clean of the spots that were missed during your initial cleaning. If dissatisfaction persists after the re-cleaning, a full refund is provided.

The guarantee does not apply if:

  • You report issues more than 48 hours after the service.
  • You approved the work during the cleaning.
  • You reduced the original estimate.

Safety

For safety reasons, our cleaners are not permitted to move heavy items such as large appliances or furniture. If you would like us to clean behind these items, please relocate them before our arrival.

Arrival Window

We reserve the right to arrive at your home within a 30-minute window of the scheduled cleaning time.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) incur a $50 fee. No-shows or lockouts result in a $119 charge.

Reviews

We ask that customers allow 7 days for issue resolution before posting reviews on external platforms such as Google, Yelp, or Angie's List. This gives us the opportunity to address any concerns directly.
